Christy Marsden, the owner of Yoga Blend in Burbank, CA  from 2005 to 2020, and currently owner of Elevation Central in Nashville, TN, Christy has been teaching yoga for over 25 years, certifying 200 hour teachers since 2007 and 300 hour teachers since 2012.  Her deepest joy lies in helping others to discover their authentic voice, find harmony in their body, mind and spirit, and live a more joyful life.  She is committed to holding a safe space for people to transform their lives on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels.  Christy's knowledge of how to use yoga to benefit the mind and body's well-being shines through in the yoga segments she designed for Danica in Daily Dose of Dharma.
