Christy Marsden, a certified
yoga instructor and owner of the Yoga Blend studio
in Burbank, California, has studied with renowned
Iyengar, Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Vinyasa teachers
throughout the years. To deepen her study, Christy
attended the 16 day White Lotus teachers training
and a seven-day teacher training with the renowned
Shiva Rea. Christy's knowledge of how to use yoga
to benefit the mind and body's well-being shines
through in the yoga segments she designed for Danica
